It takes more than diet, exercise, and new clothes to sustain change in one's life. My vibe manages emotional growth in the space we embody through the somatic therapy of dance.  As you know, life is a balancing act, and when it's out of balance, life can be expensive. The costs are paid with our mind, body, spirit, and wallet. Damage control is a process, join me and turn the focus and invest inward... support the cause, and grow.  

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, just like Value is in the $ize of the budget.

APPLAUSE - Sunday

We are starting the week by appreciating the feminine energy in the here and now and giving gratitude for the strength to heal in the bodies we are maturing in. 

Dances, Praise & Worship

ATTIRE 

Attire should be loose fitting similar to the traditional praise and worship dance wear. Somatic Therapy through dance movement is best performed connected to the floor with bare feet or nonslip footies, jazz shoes or ballet slippers. 

Meeting of the Mind -
Mon thru Sat

ATTIRE 

Morning Group Classes are

combo fusion class. I enjoy setting choreography to get the most out of my fitness routines. Every day there is something a little different than the day before. My body is my instrument, and listening to it is essential to keeping it in tune. Go with the flow. *** NOTE*** Saturday is Tag-Along Teen Day (FREE for ages 13 and up)

Recommended attire is leggings, shorts, and sneakers. Bring a mat for floor work.

Cross Training - Monday Evening

Mondays are mantic enough, and adjusting to the idea of work-life balance is challenging. This cardio class focuses on creating feel-good mood-boosting endorphins by moving stuck energy in the body to assist in healing emotional trauma.

Dances:  Swing, Rumba, Cha Cha, Mambo, A bit of Hip Hop

ATTIRE 

Attire should be loose-fitting and comfortable, no jeans. No street shoes with rubber soles, ballroom style shoes preferably with Swade soles, and or Latin shoes with a heel, no stilettos unless you can handle it. 

Fluid - 
Tuesday Evening

Now that emotions are under control. This class focuses on feeling pretty on the inside and tight & tone on the outside. Working on slow & smooth dances creates the balance need to slow down and enjoy the good things in life.

Dances: American Smooth Waltz, Foxtrot, A bit of Modern and Lyrical.

ATTIRE 

The attire should be loose-fit, a free-flowing skirt, or a summer dress. Connecting and filling the soul is an emotion that is felt. Save your leggings for another day. The preferred shoe is the traditional ballroom style or dress shoes with a stiff sole. Some movements will not require shoes; add nonslip footies or ballet shoes to your dance bag. NOTE *** Somatic Therapy through dance movement is best performed connected to the floor barefoot.

Cross Training  Part 2 - 
Wednesday Evenings

Picking up where we left off from Monday's cross-training class, the focus is still on adjusting to the idea of work-life balance. This cardio class focuses on creating feel-good mood-boosting endorphins by moving stuck energy in the body to assist in healing emotional trauma.

Dances:  Country Two Step, Tripple Two, Polka, Swing

ATTIRE 

Attire should be loose-fitting and comfortable, no jeans. No street shoes with rubber soles, shoes preferably with Swade soles, I strongly recommend flat shoes, no heels for this class. 

Fluid - 
Thursday Evenings

A second round of controlling our emotions and killing it on feeling pretty. Let's take it slow and embrace the balance of being calm, cool, and collected.  

Dances:  Country Waltz, Night Club 2, Tripple 2, A bit of Modern and Lyrical.

ATTIRE 

Attire should be loose-fitting and comfortable, no jeans. No street shoes with rubber soles, shoes preferably with Swade soles, I strongly recommend flat shoes, no heels for this class. 

Voluptuous - 
2nd & 4th Friday 

Femininity is an emotional character that must be released in all of us. It takes more than a dress or heels to embrace this passionate beast. This class focuses on sensual movement from the top of the head down to the tips of the toes. 

Dances: Erotic, Sexy, Props, and/or Chairs, be prepared wink wink.

ATTIRE 

The attire should be the most DIVA-ISH, RISKY, LOOK AT ME outfit. Heels or no heels, the choice is yours, a fabulous pedicure is sexy too.
