Dancing is a measuring stick for my physical health, mental energy, and emotional aptitude. As a competitive ballroom dancer, finding the time to cross-train, stretch and tone is essential to my physical strength and stamina on the competition floor. To invest my time, money, and energy, I need more than one hour a week of dance to cross-train and practice to meet my expectations, budget, and fitness goals.
